Special Stars Foundation is a registered charity (registration number 1156237). We provide a range of social and creative learning opportunities for people with disabilities, alongside support, advice, and training services for parent carers.
We are also committed to sourcing and supplying specialist items designed with individuals with disabilities in mind, ensuring families across the UK can access these products at the lowest possible cost.
Shipping and Handling Time
We ship using second-class services to remain as cost-effective as possible as a small charity.
We use a variety of trusted couriers depending on the size and weight of your order:
- Smaller items: Royal Mail
- Larger items: Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, Parcelforce, and Palletways
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. We always strive to send your order as quickly as possible.
