Product Description
Yoga Therapy will enable you to understand and get to know your body and your health condition to lessen its impact and improve well-being.
In Yoga classes a set sequence of poses are followed; however, with Yoga Therapy Hull they will tailor the sessions to your goals, needs, and specific health conditions whether physical or mental.
Yoga Therapy Hull combines the traditional aspects of Yoga, such as postures, breathing, relaxation, and mindful meditation, but with western perspectives on health and well-being.
Anyone participating in this activity must complete a medical form which will be sent via email (the email used for the booking is what we shall use). This must be completed and sent back as soon as possible so Yoga Therapy Hull can tailor the session as best as possible.
Yoga mats will be provided.
Please note: This is an inclusive session suitable for adults with a range of disabilities and additional needs. Activities can be adapted to suit different levels of mobility and ability, including seated participation for wheelchair users. However, some participants may require support from a parent, carer or support worker to understand instructions and participate safely. Anyone attending with support needs must be accompanied by someone who is familiar with their individual requirements.
Participants should take part at their own pace and only complete movements that feel comfortable. If you are unsure whether the activity is suitable, please seek advice from a healthcare professional before booking.

Price
The session is £5 per adult. Parents and carers are free to attend and join in. (max 2 parents/carers per adult service user)
